This is a very light and tasty dressing that is low in fat. Lemon Dressing: Zest of 1 lemon 1/3 cup lemon juice 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt Freshly ground black pepper 1/3 cup olive oil Mix all ingredients together in a jar or other covered container. Refrigerate for freshest taste!
